Ermanno Firenze was born in 2020 from the desire to use the Maison's sartorial experience, artisanal expertise and constant drive for experimentation in a collection made up of small precious pieces that a young woman can wear on any occasion of her day.

Ermanno Scervino loves contrasts: sporty and formal, rigorous and fluid, masculine and feminine. This passion for diversity finds happy expression in the Ermanno Firenze collection which reflects the dynamism, versatility, curiosity of a contemporary woman and her desire for change , without losing attention to the beauty of details and workmanship, the richness of materials, the balance of shapes and proportions. Ermanno Scervino thinks of an urban figure, that is, the protagonist of constantly evolving metropolitan life. Thus was born the motto "Free femininity to wear" intended as a declination of "Ready to wear", not only easy to wear but also to wear with freedom, ease and personality. "Couture-à-porter" is another slogan chosen by Ermanno Scervino who, in his first line, thinks of haute couture garments suitable for special everyday occasions and, in his Ermanno Firenze, conceived for any moment.
The thought behind the Ermanno Scervino collection is that of a young woman at ease, informal, with those non-conformist features that refer to neo-hippy cultures and the bohemian lifestyle. A personal, self-confident way of dressing that loves contrasts: rock and precious, masculine and feminine, naive and sexy, sporty and elegant. In the Ermanno Firenze all the characteristic elements of the Maison are found and the play of opposites is one of the most dear to the designer who suggests leather jackets over lace slips, technical leggings to be worn with feminine parkas and macramé accessories, men's shirt or dress fabrics encrusted with embroidery, t-shirts that are transformed into evening garments, geometric or romantic prints worn with amphibians and camperos. Experimentation on materials and the use of them in an unconventional way is another important ingredient. The classic fabrics of men's blazers are used for pieces of lingerie or sports jackets; the draped tops are in impalpable ecological leather which is also worked with lace; the knitwear is heavy and printed or light like jersey; striped men's shirts become outdoor down jackets, aged denim remains faithful to the workwear tradition or is sprinkled with hand-embroidered flowers, fringed furniture moves rigorous cardigans and sweaters.
