RETURN POLICY
Shipping costs shall be borne by the customer who returns the goods, except for defective items of any kind.
Should the purchased product not meet the customer's expectations, he/she may request a return of the product and ask for a refund. The return request must be made using the appropriate section no later than 14 days after its arrival.
RETURNS FOR ITALY AND EU COUNTRIES
Before returning the goods, the Customer must first request an authorisation in the returns section, visible in his/her account and/or order. click here
The product must be returned exactly in the same condition in which it was received: unworn, unwashed, unaltered in any way and with all its tags and accessories (original packaging, bags and wrappings). Please contact the customer service if this is not the case.
If one or more products are defective in any way, please promptly inform the customercare@ermannofirenze.com customer service department, which will give you all the necessary information on the terms of return.
RETURNS FOR NON-EU COUNTRIES
In accordance with customs regulations, the shipment of goods or documents outside the EU is subject to declaration. This means that the goods must be accompanied by a pro forma invoice for returns. Please download the pro forma invoice and fill it in completely.
Please use the return form by logging into your customer account, and making your return request, once it has been approved send it to the designated address.
We also invite you to communicate the return tracking number by sending an e-mail to our Customer Service Department.
This will simplify the customs clearance process of your shipment.
Please note that returns from non-EU countries may take longer due to the customs clearance procedure.
The customs clearance procedure is out of Ermanno Firenze's control if your package is being held in customs, you can contact the courier in charge of the shipment for further updates.

REFUND POLICY
Once the goods are returned to the warehouse, their condition will be checked and a refund will be processed within 14 days. No refund will be issued for goods that are returned in an unsuitable condition. The refund will be automatically issued via the same payment method used to make the purchase. You will receive a confirmation by e-mail to the address provided at the time of the order placement.
We also remind you that the processing time to obtain a refund depends on the internal procedures of your credit institute.
RETURN OF DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
Ermanno Firenze is committed to providing quality products and services. Please contact our Customer Service Department if, for any reason, you find any defect in the materials or manufacturing of the purchased product. They will be happy to assist you as soon as possible.
Please note that the liability does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear of the goods or by any improper maintenance of the product.
Returns cannot be accepted if any of the following occur the warranty seal is not intact and/or has been removed from the Product; the tag is not perfectly intact and/or has been removed from the Product; all labels, whether fabric or hanging, are not perfectly intact and/or have been removed from the Product; the Product is missing any attached instructions/notes/manuals or is in packaging and packing other than the original packaging; the Product is not in the same condition in which it was shipped; the Product has been worn and/or washed and/or ironed and/or treated in any way. The Consumer shall in any event be liable for any decrease in the value of the Product resulting from its handling other than what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning and in such a case, should the Owner nevertheless decide to accept the return, the Consumer shall only be entitled to a refund of the amount equal to the residual value of the Product. The Consumer is therefore requested not to handle the goods beyond what is strictly necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning, and to cover the original wrapping of the Products with other protective packaging that preserves their integrity and protects them during transport from writing or labels.
ERMANNO FIRENZE shall bear the return shipping charges in such a case.
