The delivery of products purchased on www.ermannofirenze.com takes place on average within 5 working days from the order in Italy and the EU and within 8 days for all other destinations.

Delivery times may be delayed in the event of public holidays. Carriers do not deliver on 25/12, 26/12, 01/01, and weekends.

Orders done between August 8th till August 16th will be shipped starting from August 20th.

For credit card orders, one working day must be added to the normal delivery time for normal administrative checks.
